- XML Data Management
- View Based Query Optimization
- Distributed Systems & P2P
- Information retrieval
- High Throughput & Grid Computing
Current Projects
- LiquidXML: LiquidXML is built on top of the ViP2P platform. Its main feature is to automatically select and continuously adapt the set of materialized views on each ViP2P peer, to improve query processing performance.
- Views in P2P: ViP2P is a fully functional Java-based platform for the efficient, scalable management of XML documents in structured peer-to-peer networks based on distributed hash table (DHT) indices. I am working on the ViP2P project since November 2009.
- Visualizing the Dynamics of e-Science Social Networks: This project aims to achieve scalable interactive, visual exploration of the spatio-temporal structure of data‐access and data sharing in e-Science social networks. I am working on this project since January 2010 (part time).
